Synopsis
In any case, it degenerates into a shortsighted ethical quality play where the focal occasion turns out to be simply a destined comeuppance that incites a group satisfying yet less difficult change of heart for its upset characters. Maybe the best thing about the film is the manner by which it at first declines to paint its characters as either impeccable casualties or insidiousness culprits. Except for Carlo, his sister Cathy (Shaina Magdayao), and their mom Cecille (Bing Pimentel), everyone in the film is painted dim, all with perceptible indications of ideals and indecencies. Charlie, while presented as somebody who has been calloused by years of working inside a framework that endures influences and payolas, is imagined as a decided family man who will do everything to spare his child from mischief.
